The Clipsal P3045C-BK is a 5 gang switch plate skin from the Pro Series range, supplied in black. It is a cover frame only, so the switch mechanisms and the grid plate are not included. The P3045C-BK measures 116mm high, 78mm wide and 9mm deep, and clips onto a Pro Series switch.
Switch plates in commercial buildings take knocks, marks and overspray long before the mechanism behind them wears out. The P3045C-BK is the skin only, so a scuffed or painted plate comes off and a fresh one clips back on. The skin carries the circuit identification windows, which keeps the labelling readable after the swap.
Pro Series is Clipsal's range of switches and sockets designed for commercial buildings. Because the fixing mode is clip-on fixing, the skin is a serviceable part rather than a fixed element of the assembly. The glossy surface finish and bevelled edges keep the plate presentable in high-traffic areas.
