It runs on a 925MHz RF mesh network and draws power from the alarm head, so no separate supply is needed. The GTRFM links up to 24 GT RF devices with a minimum range of 100 metres in free space. It complies with AS/NZS 4268:2017.

        Most older Australian homes carry independent, non-interconnected alarms, and pulling interconnect cable through an occupied ceiling space means lifting sheets and chasing walls. The GTRFM eliminates that cabling exercise: the module plugs into the alarm head and establishes a wireless RF mesh network between units. A single detection event sounds every alarm on the network, with up to 24 interconnected GT RF devices covering a whole house. Retrofits and rental turnovers finish in one visit instead of a rewire.
