All products come with a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty
- Warranty starts from the Invoice Date
- Some suppliers offer in-home warranties and handle claims directly, so you won’t need to uninstall or return the product. Chat with us to check if your product qualifies.
- Sparky Direct isn’t responsible for losses caused by product failure.
- Warranties are void if products aren’t installed by a licensed electrician.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, let us know within 24 hours.
- Sparky Direct will pay for return shipping via an emailed return label.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or provide a refund.

What's covered: Manufacturer-backed repair or replacement where a fault is caused by defective materials or workmanship under normal domestic use. Excludes incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, external damage, or consumables (e.g. filters, refrigerant).
