The NLS 30911 is an IP66 lockable steel enclosure measuring 200 x 200 x 150mm, manufactured from 1.2mm cold rolled steel in a RAL7035 light grey finish. The 30911 is the smallest cabinet in the NLS steel enclosure range, rated 240V single phase and 450V three phase at 50/60Hz. It ships with a mounting plate, ground cable, installation brackets, and an MS705 cam lock.
Small terminations positioned outdoors present the same weather exposure and interference risks as a full switchboard, without justifying switchboard-sized real estate. A 200 x 200 x 150mm footprint accommodates an isolator, a terminal block, or a controller. IP66 protection and a PU foam sealing strip deliver the identical ingress rating carried by the larger cabinets in the range.
Steel construction justifies its additional cost precisely where a polycarbonate enclosure would be levered open or fractured. The 1.2mm cold rolled steel body resists impact and deliberate interference, the MS705 cam lock restricts access to key holders, and a 1.2mm mounting plate is supplied internally, eliminating a separate backing panel purchase.

The 30911 is an empty enclosure: switchgear, DIN rail, glands, and cable entries are specified and fitted separately. Its 150mm depth is the shallowest in the range, so device and terminal depth must be checked before it is specified. IP66 covers water jets, not immersion, and installation must follow manufacturer specification by a licensed electrician.
