The Theben PIRA-T8-AP is a surface-mounted indoor motion and presence detector, ideal for spaces where recessed mounting isn’t practical. With a 360° detection range up to 64m² at 3m height, it’s suited for offices, hallways, and commercial areas needing automatic lighting control without ceiling cut-outs.
This unit features 1 lighting output (230V relay) and supports automatic switching based on motion and ambient brightness. The brightness threshold is adjustable between 5–1000 lux, and the switch-off delay can be set from 5 seconds to 15 minutes. It arrives pre-set at 100 lux with a 2-minute delay, ready for immediate use.
Compatible with various lamp types including LED (up to 200W), fluorescent, halogen, and energy-saving bulbs, the PIRA-T8-AP installs easily on ceilings and is rated IP21 for dry indoor environments. Designed for ceiling heights between 2 and 3 metres.
